Notes:

• Install Water Separator as Far Down Stream as Possible – Ideally One Water Separator at Each Point of Use
• Removes 100% of Condensate, but Additional Condensation May Occur Downstream

To be installed at point of use to remove liquid condensate and particulates(larger than 10 micron) from compressed air.

A. Air flows down inner tube and reverses direction when it hits the baffleplate. Air velocity is slowed which allows gravity to remove thebulk liquidsB. Air then travels upwards through the stainless steel mesh whichremoves particulates and coalesces water molecules into largerdroplets which fall to the bottomC. Float drain allows liquid to drain out the bottom (Float drain can beeasily accessed by unscrewing the bottom cap)
